While the variety of this coffee is not geisha, but catuai, they came likewise from the infamous El Burro Estate from the Lamastus family that won multiple BOP awards in Panama. These gems are harvested as burgundy-ripe cherries that are pulped and washed in full fermentation condition before they are dried slowly on African styled beds for 15 to 20 days. The yield from the process are of refined maple syrupy sweetness together with creamy vanilla body and light and refined buttery notes of macadamia nuts.
