Masaguara is in Intibuca province of Honduras, located in southern part of Jesus Otoro valley. Coffee growing is the major income for small farmers in the area. This lot of coffee is a regional blend from these small farmers in Masaguara, then proceed and aged central under the effort of the trader.

The unique taste of whisky starts from fragrance of even green bean, all the way during roasting and eventually in the cup. Quality of the beans have improved a lot, at least are using Supremo grade.

The coffee cherries collected first go though a fully washed process  without drying, then put into Sherry cask to aged for 30-40 days. Sherry cask are used for aging whisky before, which bring the whisky aroma into the coffee beans while aging. While inside the barrel, the green coffee beans take in all the flavours that are carried by these wooden barrels. Temperature will be closely monitored, keeping in 15-20 C range. After aged, the processed coffee beans are dries on raised beds. The beans yielded carry a refined sherry whisky notes together with creamy smoothness.
